Industry wide, the cost of such potential returns is added to the price of items you buy online. Just like others, we had two options - increase the pricing on all of our products to compensate for such losses or stop the losses at the root level.
Being a direct to consumer brand that is insanely serious about honest pricing, we chose the difficult but fair route. Cut out unecessary expenses on such returns and work towards increasing digital payment options that are convenient to all our genuine customers.
Thus, when we opt out of COD, you save us that cost, so you pay less. Fair, isn't it ?
