We partner with FedEx to get your orders delivered to you quickly. The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, delivery location, and when you place it. The good news: Shipping is free! Here’s what you can expect:

Where do you ship?
We currently ship all across India to all locations where a courier can be sent. At this time, we don't ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
Will I be able to track my order ?
Yes, of course. You'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships!
Can I get my order expedited?
If you need your order in a hurry, there are a few products for which we can do a rush processing. Rush processing service is available at an additional charge of Rs 100. Send us an email and our crew will let you know right away, if that would be possible for the product you are placing an order for.

Returns

What is your Returns Policy?
We have a 15-day return or exchange policy on all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set up a refund for you as store credit or an exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item.

The returned products should be in unused original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included as received. Personalised, special made-to-order and all final sale items are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

Additionally, we have a one-year warranty on all of our leather goods. All products come with our guarantee that every product is free of material and manufacturing defects.
How easy is it to initiate a return or exchange ?
As easy as pie. Just email us at support@urby.in so we can get started on the return or exchange process.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?
Yes, you sure can.If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if its less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.
Can I return a personalised or a special made-to-order product ?
So sorry, but as these products are made specially for you, they are final sale only and cannot be returned.

That being said, we stand behind the quality of all our products with a one year warranty and the same will be applicable to the personalised / made-to-order items too.
When will I receive replacement for my product?
Stock permitting, replacement will be shipped within 5 business days of us receiving the product back.

This will be done as long as the return is in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Why did Urby stop cash on delivery (COD) method of payment?
To be honest, we stopped COD to save you money. How can that be ?

Well, imagine a situation wherein a customer orders an item but rejects the shipment at the time of delivery ( we know you won't do something like that, but unfortunately more than 30% of online customers do!). As the courier company is not at fault here, we end up paying two way shipping charges for their services.

Industry wide, the cost of such potential returns is added to the price of items you buy online. Just like others, we had two options - increase the pricing on all of our products to compensate for such losses or stop the losses at the root level.

Being a direct to consumer brand that is insanely serious about honest pricing, we chose the difficult but fair route. Cut out unecessary expenses on such returns and work towards increasing digital payment options that are convenient to all our genuine customers.

Thus, when we opt out of COD, you save us that cost, so you pay less. Fair, isn't it ?
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
