Do I have to add the free gift product at time of placing the order ?

Yes, you can choose a free gift of your choice at the time of placing the order. If you would like to add a product after placing the order, you can email us at support@urby.in, and the team will add the product as long as the order has not been processed and the product is in stock.

Is the offer valid on old purchases?

Please note that the offer is valid only on new purchases and wont be applicable for any exchange / return orders or any orders place using the store credits.

Can only the free gift be returned?

No. Product along with the free gift would need to be returned, as per the company's returns terms and conditions.

Can the offer be applied on past orders?

So sorry but the offer wont be valid for past orders or orders from store credits.
